All of the courses below will be conducted by assistant teachers of S. N. Goenka using audio and video tapes of Mr. Goenka's instructions and discourses.

All 10-day courses begin the evening of the first day and end early morning of the last day.

NEW: From August 2004, online application for courses can now be accepted. To apply for a course, simply click on a suitable date to open the online application form. Fill in the required details and the form will be automatically submitted to Dhamma Joti centre in Yangon.
